Our focus is mainly to bring smile to your face after we make a final presentation, In order to serve you better below are basic steps that we adhere strictly to, in fulfilling all job requests.

Step 1. Initial Meeting with your core team
Here we assess your needs, goals and expectations for your website. We will discuss your websites purpose, the look and feel of your website, any backend functionalities, domain names, maintenance, editing options, search engine optimisation (SEO) and anything else that applies to getting your website from dream to reality. Our team will try as much as possible to explain any technical terms that you may not easily understand, we keep it simple and in a plain English.

Step 2. Cost Analysis
Based on the output we gather from the initial meeting with our project management team, we will put a cost estimate together for the development of the project, and possible prepare a static demo version of the site and do a possible adjustment to suit your needs.

Step 3. Online Project Tracking
We setup an online interface on our site to allow you monitor the progress of the job, you will provide us with a POC (point of contact), this person will be the go between for the project. All necessary contents and materials from this task will be uploaded on a secure server for further processing.

Step 4. Agreement & Contract - Signing
We will not require any form of payment at this stage, we will sign an agreement for the commencement of the project to enable us provide you with initial partly functional website.

Step 5. 30% Down Payment
We will show you the work progress and partly completed project, at this stage you will determine if this is exactly your expectations for the project, you are still able to make changes to the design templates etc, once you are happy, 30% deposit is required to continue work on the project.

Step 6. Initial Delivery
We provide you log-on and link to our server for you to see the completed task, depending on agreement, it could be the time to start to include contents for your site, training will be provided to your staff at this stage to assist them in content migration if moving from an existing site to the proposed solution.

Step 7. Site Go Live
We will both agree on whether all basic elements of the site is completed and we can now set date for going live on the Internet to the general public, once this is done, we will do proper handover to your staff. At this stage we will expect another 60% payment to be made to us (JCMS Technologies).

Step 8. Maintenance & Support
After 1-month of your site going live and your staff has completed the necessary training, the 10% balance will be expected to be made available to us, JCMS Technologies will fix any bugs or errors that are in-line with the delivery without any extra fees or charges.
